We use biodegradable latex balloons which is environmentally friendly.
Balloon is thicker in material which weighs around 2.8 grams thus, it doesn’t pop easily when inflate. 100% latex made the balloon more vibrant in colour and its colour doesn't fade when fully inflate.

1. ORDERING PROCEDURE
Step 1 - Simply place your order online or email to us.

Step 2 - You will be asked to email your printing request and artwork.

Step 3 - We will email to you the quotation and digital image of the logo printed on balloon.

Step 4 - Upon acceptance, we will email to you the invoice for full payment via Pay Now, bank transfer or advance cheque payment.

Step 5 - We will proceed with the printing after full payment credit to our company's bank account.

You are welcome to our showroom to place your balloon printing order. Please provide us soft copy of the artwork or may email to us.

3. OVERVIEW 
BALLOON COLORS
Select up to 10 balloon colours per order and indicate the colour choice in the comment box upon payment checkout.

INK COLORS
Standard printing colours: White or Black

PRINTED IMAGE SIZE
Images are always printed on the balloon as large as possible, unless otherwise requested.
Text will print larger if several stacked lines of text are used instead of one or two long lines of text.

SECOND SIDE PRINTING
Two-sided printing of the same image is available.
Two-sided printing using two different images is available.
Add $55 for the second printing mould charge.

4. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Artwork must be emailed as vector art saved as an Adobe Illustrator file or high-resolution JPG file. 
Any fonts should be converted to outlines. Images must be provided in Black and White. 
You will receive an illustrated proof showing how the art will appear on a balloon, as part of our quote.

5. PRODUCTION TIME
Allow 6 to 10 working days exclude Sat/Sun/PH for production.

6. HELIUM INFLATION AND LOCAL DELIVERY
Our printing service does not include inflating the balloons unless you have purchased the product 'Balloon Printing with Helium'.

7. ACCESSORIES
To inflate with helium, you need to buy clip and strings/ clip and ribbons and helium gas separately. To inflate with air, you need to purchase cup and sticks and electric inflator separately.

8. FLOAT TIME FOR HELIUM-FILLED LATEX BALLOONS
12-inch balloon stay afloat for approximately 8 hours. 

9. FREE BALLOON DELIVERY SERVICE
Will deliver your printed balloon to your doorstep once printing complete.
